I’m Panayiota Katsamentidou, Founder of Y O T A - Your Own Transformation Academy, L&D Trainer, Leadership Coach, Coaching Skills Facilitator, and Experiential Learning Strategist.
With 20+ years of experience in adult learning, corporate training, facilitation, coaching, and leadership development, I support L&D trainers and leaders in fast-paced environments to move from pressure to presence.

My work is rooted in empathy, creativity, structure, and trauma-informed facilitation. I know what it feels like to lead training while being new to the role, to support everyone while feeling unsupported yourself, and to try to keep people engaged when energy, mood, and motivation are low.
That is why I design learning experiences that are not only informative, but deeply human, practical, and transformative.
